We have successfully managed to do around 75000 sq. ft. area of Truss Work and Roofing as part of two buildings we have constructed for KINFRA Parks at Palakkadu and Trivandrum.
Kerala Industrial and Technical Consultancy Organization Ltd. (KITCO)
On behalf of KITCO we have executed the setting up of two Spices Parks for the Indian Spices Board at Jodhpur, Rajastan, and at Vandanmedu, Idukki, Kerala.
Kerala Feeds Ltd
On behalf of the Kerala Feeds Limited we have accomplished satisfactorily the development works at Karunagappally, Kollam District, Kerala.
Utility Powertech Limited (UPL)
We undertake and carry out various projects for the UPL at the RGCCP Project at Kayamkulam for the last 8 years and more.
Tamilnadu Police Housing Corporation (TNPHC)
On behalf of the TNPHC we have accomplished the construction of the District Police Head Quarters Office buildings at Thiruvaroor in Trichi, keeping stringent time schedule and superior quality measures.
Regional Cancer Institute (RCC) – Trivandrum
We have carried out a challenging work of construction of Radio Therapy Building at the Medical College campus keeping all the severe security measures as per the direction of RCC, and done the work of underground water tank and car parking at their will and satisfaction.
Tamilnadu Slum Clearance Board (TNSCB)
The major client we are associated with and undertaking development projects is the TNSCB. We have successfully executed the construction of thousands of tenements to rehabilitate the poor inhabitants from the slums all through Tamilnadu and still continue.
Cochin International Airport Ltd (CIAL)
We are running in associated with the CIAL for the last 4 years and we undertake the AMC for the period on behalf of them.
Guruvayoor Devaswom Board
We have completed satisfactorily the work of VVIP Guest House for the Guruvayoor Devaswom as annex to the temple town.
Malayala Manorama
We got all appreciation even from the Government of Kerala for the construction of 100 houses in 100 days for Malayala Manorama, in order to rehabilitate the Tsunami Victims in emergency to face the tragedy.
Mannam Sugar Mills Ltd
We have satisfactorily completed the work of Ayurveda Medical College building and all its annex buildings on urgent basis.
Kerala Maritime Society
On behalf of the Kerala Maritime Society, we have undertaken the work of construction of Maritime Institute (Academic Block with Green Building, Hostel , Auditorium, Library Hall, Canteen, Security cabin, Electrical sub-station, Swimming Pool, Roads and Drains, and other annex buildings and compound wall) and the work is progressing satisfactorily.
